Who we are
We are the Geological Society of the University of Southampton and we consist of mainly geology and geophysics students, however membership is open to anyone with an interest in geology.
What we do
As a society we organise a range of events throughout the year ranging from nights out to fieldtrips. The cost varies by event and members can recieve discount on certain events.
We can also provide academic help to geology and geophysics students with their studies.
How to join
To join the society download a membership form and take it to the academic studies office at the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton with your £5 membership fee (£3 to renew your membership) or email us if you aren't a SOES student.
